I've been having a lot of problems making my mortgage payments and I called in to ask for help. I asked for Matt, the branch manager and when I walked in he was sitting on top of the desk. He never moved off of his place to greet me or anything. He told me to fill an application. I filled it out and he ran my credit report. HE NEVER HELPED ME AT ALL. I've been trying to get the branch district manager's number and I'm still not able to get it. Now I know how banks go out of business.
