I ordered the trial bottle of their product Acai Berry Pro. I called them and cancelled account and got a return athorization number within 2 days of receiving the package. The sales person tried to get me to buy their product at a reduced rate. Their website says no questioned asked as to why you return the product but that is not true. When you try to cancel, the sales person keeps asking you for a return reason. He stated that I would get a refund. I sent the package back and got a tracking number from the post office.
