Last fall, I tried Total Cleanse trial and attempted to cancel via the phone number per the terms and conditions and on the bottle and website. The phone number did not work. I tried it several times. I notified my bank, consumer protection for the states of Washington and Florida, and sent a certified letter to the address on the packaging. I was not charged thereafter (not charged for anything except shipping and handling for the trial). If I am remembering correctly, I later received a confirming email from Total Cleanse verifying that I had cancelled. The product isn't entirely ineffective; it is way overpriced. read full review »
