Sears and their terrible 3rd party support company should be avoided at all cost. I recently had an issue with a Samsung 650A flat panel TV. I called for support and was told by the 3rd party to bring it to the store for exchange. After packing up the TV and driving to the store, Sears refused to honor the tech's recommendation. Apparently, the tech did not want to work on my issue and used the exchange as a way to get off the phone.
