Same as they have done to others, authorized $1.98 for a disc and they took $69.95. I'm disabled and my husband out of work since November so really didn't have the money to cover this surprise. Contacted the bank and made out a complaint to try and get it back. Also submitted a complaint to the Wa. State Attorney General. We got an e-mail today (3-8-09), a week later, that they are sorry for the mis-understanding and our charges will be reversed. Hasn't come through yet, but it is Sunday. read full review »
