I purchased Direct TV and only after I was committed, was told that it would not be installed for what came out to 30 days later. I would have told them to cancel but was already bound by the $480 cancellation fee. So I bit the bullet and waited. The install went great, the techs (sub contractors) were very good. Well, 10 days later (today) my HD Receiver bit the dust. I called for service and now have to wait till January 1st - that's two weeks without the use of the system.
