Ordered UGG boots on 11/25/08 and as of 12/16/08 I never received them. I asked about them from their website contact us form and received a tracking number. This tracking number showed that my order was delivered and signed for by someone in Buffalo, NY. When I wrote to them again I never received an email back. read full review »
