I ordered flowers on friday to be delivered on Saturday for a viewing. They did not arrive. I called and talked to Tammy, she assured me that they would be delivered in time for the funeral on Monday. They never came. I called and they informed me that they cancelled the order and credited my account the same day. 9 days later...no credit. I spoke with Tammy again and she informed me that it could take a couple more days and that they tried to call me and that I did not have a answering machine (yes, I do).
