I called Disney resorts to inquire about a postcard that I received stating there was a $500 gift card offer with a 5 night stay. The lady on the phone could not find that offer that was sent to me and rudely commented that the only offer she sees that was sent to me was a 30% off room rates. She could not give me any additional information and said that the only gift card offer she knew of was only for $150. I have the postcard that was sent to me, so is this false advertising?
