I am finding it impossible to cancel this membership. They will not cancel by phone, the haven't canceled when I returned a bill and noted the cancelation. They will not cancel in person. This is a scam and I will never take another membership with this gym nor will I ever recomend anyone else do so. I was never advised at the time of taking out this membership that there were problems to cancel the membership other than a required amount of time to be a member which we have completed.
