These people are making money even on the item returned, when all is said and done they make between 5 and 7 dollars when you send it back . Now they have the item back and made money on top of it . It cost me 7.oo to send it back . So yes its a scam and the fair trade commission should look into this . Its stealing . Crunch the numbers folks . read full review »
