I too am a victim of FWM Labs I ordered a trial sample of the Acai Berry Detox/Colon cleanse product from this company. But before I could even try the sample offer or cancel the order they had charged my credit card $40 for each product which totaled $80. After cancelling the order 2/19/09 and expected a refund to my card, as of today I have called the company a total of 5 times regarding my refund and each time I'm told to call back in 2-3 days and my refund should be processed.
