I purchased an emachine at Best Buy. I was told it would run my kids games...word..etc. In fact we would hardly keep it runing. i had 2 professionals look at it and they said there was barely enough memory turn it on. So 2 + the amount of memory (that they told me to use) was added and now it won't run at all. i took it in to get them to diagnose it and see if they could fix it and now they want 200.00 to fix it.
