I had ordered from this comapany a CD for $1.99 and did receive it. I also ( the same day) was charged $19.12 for a product I did not knowingly order. When I did call to request a refund they did so promptly. Unfortunately I have now been charged again $94.69 and am asking for a refund at this time. I have called Grant One Day and the "operator" - "Larry" said that they have cancelled the charge but that I would have to contact this site - [email protected] in order to get a refund.
