I too have major complaint against GE Money Bank. They recently lowered my credit limit on my Lowe's account from 5000 to 447 (the amt. I now owe). They stated "upon review of my Lowe's account"...not true, as I have never been late on my Lowe's payments, always paid more than the monthly payment, paid the account off several times, and never close to my limit.
