I mailed Christmas packages later than I expected. It was December 31st 2008. Around there. 2 out of 3 were fragile and expensive, those were insured. The one I know was not, but was the only one recieved. I complained to them about it, & its like they didnt care. There was no note at my household, no " return" packages. I believe someone stole it or either lost it. & they say I cant complain about it!! I spent over 500 dollars on those items, they need to do there jobs. Im fixin to sue. read full review »
