This company is attempting to sue me for an old credit card debt from 2003. As far as I have checked, there is absolutely no record of this creditor on my credit report. All I can find is the lawyers (Bowman, Heintz, Boscia and Vician) inquiry on my report. There is no verification of the account number or even a date for appearance. Just the opportunity to respond within twenty-three days. I can't afford to have a judgement on my credit report and I feel like this company has waited until the very end of the time they can come after someone to file now. What can I do to work this out.
