ordered the free sample on line and paid the shipping and handling fee. A week later, there is a pending charge on my account for $79.96. Customer Service told me that after a 15 day trial, you are charged the full amount of the product because they send a full month supply instead of a 15 day supply. Did not want to refund my money until I called several times complaining and screaming at them. The did say they would refund my money and that it should be in my account in 10 days. We will see.
