Ordered a fan in October - always got a story that it was on backorder, Then it was the holidays - then the answering machine said all agents busy or you've called after-hours. Now the phone is disconnected. If anybody else has had this issue w/ Fanworks and knows how to attack them for a refund - please contact me ASAP and I will help you in your cause for justice!
