The 14 day refund policy starts the day it is shipped. I received my supplements 7 days after ordering. Tried the product and within 8 days, after the 14 day full refund time frame ended, I experienced an allergic reaction and was no longer able to take the product. I tried to return the remaining product, 52 out 60 pills, and got nowhere with the company. This refund policy is stated in the terms but it is unethical and unfair. Are they in the business to help people lose weight or to scam people? A company that is offering health supplements should offer at least a 30 day money back guarantee.
