Paid for the goods on the 19th of January - a week later I had a online chat with the website since we had not received a proof which the lady online claimed should have been sent out 5 business days after we placed the order. 5 days after we had the online chat with the site they sent us a poor quality black and white proof that you could barely read. It looked as if it was run through a fax machine - with lines running down the image.
