The Roomstore has the worst customer service. I purchased a bedroom group on Feb. 17th. Upon ordering the sales person informed me that they did not have the entire group, and that I would have to wait until it became available and someone would give me a call. No one ever called me so I called them to see if the group was in yet. They told me that the furniture was in and that they could deliver it on Mar. 7 th, 12-4 pm.
