I had requested a free cd explaining how to write a government Grant. What I recieved was a disk and a small sheet of paper in the mail. All that was given to me on the sheet of paper was a web site to go to and a Costomer support phone number. A day later I found that $94.89 was taken out of my account and I had no knowledgre of that. I would like my money refunded and I am very shocked at the lack of Costomer support that was so rudely NOT given to me! read full review »
