I was charged $2.29 for a CD that I did not recieve and an unauthorized hold for $39.95. I attempted to contact the customer support number and was placed on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered the line to assist me. I also submited and online complaint and no one responded to my email. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges and I have learned my lesson regarding these types of scams. read full review »
