I purchased a "refurbished" Gateway computer from CompUSA on 2/10/09. The 1st one was malfunctioning when I recieved it so I exchanged it for another. They refused to send 2nd computer until 1st was actually at their facility. I finally recieved the 2nd computer but that was also malfunctioning.
