Received bottle of CarallumaExtreme with no invoice enclosed in package. Called phone number on bottle. Was assured a refund would be made. I didn't even know the amount of the charge..nor which of my credit cards was used. Turned out to be a Visa..and the representative had no idea how the company got my credit card number!
