Three years ago we replaced all large appliances in our home. As added protection, we bought extended warranty from Maytag called Maytag dependability Plus. Last month the heating coil of our dryer (Fisher and Paykel) stopped working (alas no more drying of clothes). We submitted a claim with the company that was promptly forwarded to one of their contractors. the contractor came an confirmed that the heating is not working and ordered the parts.
