I have been enrolled in this university for some time now and my time there was spent doing middle school work with no student support from this school. Let's just say for half of the time enrolled at this school their website has been down. I called tech suport and told them the problem, they were not any help. They told me when the site is down they can't do anything (like I'm so surprised) about it except make a note in my account that I called with a issue.
