I just got off the phone with my bank and they can and have placed a stop payment on the fraudulent charges $39.95 made by the company in question. The charges may still show up on my account however they will be reversed imediately once they have cleared. It may take 3 business days to fix it but I was assured it would be fixed and that they will no longer be able to access my account.
