My agent got me this home insurance without checking on line. It's too late when I found out all the reviews and sad to say all of those are TRUE! I have called them 2 times, 1 for an electricity problem and another one for pool. Aside from being so hard to reach, the people who will answer your call are so rude and uneducated. They will just hang up on you even while you were still talking.
