Lee Caplin and Bankcard Empire are one of the biggest scam I have ever met! They promised returns to 'set you up in business' with merchant account marketing, and that the original $1, 000.00 investment was not enough. They then 'convince' you to d' 'call blast' for another $5, 000.00, and then they will work the leads, and return you a commission for leads you purchased.
