I ordered an item from their website and waited. And waited. And waited. I looked up their phone number from my credit card statement and left a message. No return call. Called several more times. Sent an e-mail and have received no reply. Apparently this is a scam artist and they have no intention of shipping anything at all. I notice in another report on this web site that makes a similar complaint. The company's rebuttal states they've been dealing with a large amount of orders and that is the cause.
