In January as result of the mortgage issues I reluctantly hired this company to work on our loan modification, I was promised that within 72 hours a executive would be calling me and would be in touch on a daily basis providing status on the progress. After talikng $399.00 up front, there was no phone call. I had to send numerous emails to find out that the original paperwork had been lost or misplaced by the "imaging" department.
