I ordered a hair color cart from them and paid thru paypal and paid 164.20 for it and never received it. I contacted paypal after trying to contact footsies numerous times and they looked into it which caused footsies to send me an invoice by ups which stopped paypal from doing anything further because to them there was a tracking number therefore the matter was taken care of and I have still received nothing read full review »
