I returned the product for false advertising. The product was supposed to work with no change of habits. When I received the product, it told all the directions as to what to eat and how much to exercise. All it was, was an exercise and diet plan that you needed to change to. The pills did nothing. If we exercised all the directions wanted us too, we would loose weight real fast no matter how much we ate! read full review »
