I was also charged this darned $72.21 for services not rendered. I got the phone number from my bank 1-888-705-1275. Called them to cancel, the guy was rude, said I couldnt have been charged if I didnt authorize it. I said, I know how this stuff works, you give a small number then just take the big number out later. He says tis company has a no refund policy. So even if you receive NO SERVICES for your money, you wont get it back anyway because you get access to a website. I thought thats what I paid my cable company for!!! read full review »
