I bought a transmission from EXT transmission and I had shifting problems. I called them and they told me to diagnose the transmission at a dealership and refused to send me another transmission for about 4 to 5 months. After telling them about the problem several times, they finally sent me another transmission and I had it installed out of my own pocket. I sent the warrantied transmission back and after 4 months after having to cal several times now they tell me it is a vehicle problem.
