I purchased this product, according to thier records, on 2/21/09; they billed the shipping charge to my account on 2/24/09. I received the product on 3/6/09, the 14th day after placing my order. The very nature of a free trial period is that one is able to try the product, which I was not able to do. On 3/9/09, they charged my account $79.96 for "replenishment".
