I signed up for RealtyTrac, found their services extremely unhelpful, and cancelled my subscription with them. All of a sudden, I see a charge for $49.99 out of my account for Real Estate Promoter... who??? I never received any services from these people... When I called she said that she couldn't find my name at first. Then, when she found my name she said she couldn't give me my money back. RealtyTrac and Realty Promoter should be seriously investigated. Way too many people are complaining about this. You sign up for one thing and get nothing but unexpected, unauthorized charges. read full review »
