I ordered the first four seasons of Lost from this company in early February (9th or so). I next received an email notice of shipping with a tracking number. A week later or so I tried the tracking number and it lead nowhere. I contacted the company by email and they said it was correct. When it continued to lead nowhere, I looked online at the comments and was appalled by everyone else's experience with this company.
