Company offers a product for free, you just pay $4.99 for shipping and handling. Unaware by purchaser, you have a 14 day trail period and my product did not arrive until after the 14 day trail period. The company then debits your credit card $79.96 for the product. I called 800-983-7983 and spoke to Jem a customer service rep. She advised there were no refunds and if I wanted to cancel, I would be charged an additional $29.95 for some other built in trail period item.
