Returned defective pants three weeks ago. Called customer service on Sat. told they took orders 24 hours but helped customers with problems only Mon - Fri. Left E-mail. Received no answer. Called customer service on following tues, Not free call, was told takes 3-4 weeks to process a return, while it takes only a few days to purchase something. total unacceptable. read full review »
