Hi: I have had bad experience with NWA airline at logan airport in Boston, MA. The customer service/ticket agent at the airport was not helpful at all. The name of the person is "elham" and the supervisor name is Foley. Both parties fail to accommodate my mother who is 72 year old to get on international flight on Friday March 6. Even though there was no line at the counter and our repeated plea to let her get on the plain, they did not help us at all ..
