I authorized 2.95 for a cd and still have yet to get that cd and now they charged me for 39.95 that I did NOT authorize. if you call 877-495-1145 customer service and sit on hold for about 10 mins you will get someone and then just argue with them repeatedly that you want a refund and to cancel and they will do it. Mine was just done 10 minutes ago! they will tell you its on there that you didn't cancel within the 7 days and you just need to argue with them and tell them I don't care Refund my money and don't charge it again or I will call the bank and claim fraud and they will do it! good luck to all read full review »
