Whatever you do, don't buy this expensive vacuum. I had demonstrated to me at least five different kinds. The salesman assured me this was the best. (by the way, the store is out of business now) It was certainly the most expensive. I have had NOTHING but problems with it and when I finally had had it, all I asked for was one free service to fix the thing at least once more before dumping it in the Pacific. No way, they say. I tried to buy American, but just between us, the Japanese have it all over us in the vacuum department. Don't buy this product. read full review »
