I too ordered the "Free" Your Federal & Private Grant CD for the small shipping charge of $2.95. Then the day it arrived in the mail 2/26/09, a charge of $39.95 showed up on my bank account. Then on 3/4/09 another charge of $7.95 showed up on my bank account. I tried to call both numbers attached to these charges. I was on hold for way to long. I looked up the website and found a different number and proceded to wait it out until I got someone. I managed a live person. Explained what I wanted and received 3 refund conformation codes. I will be looking at my statement for the next few days to make sure the charges were reversed. read full review »
