Okay, so i just got a new place, i ordered Verizons high speed internet, i waited a week to get my modem in the mail, it finally comes. I hook it up and it ends up not working. I call and they say my order has been canceled and they dont know why. So im on hold for about 20 minutes while they ponder for an answer to tell me.
