Surprised to see $88.62 charged for what was to be a free trial offer which I would pay shipping ! I called and tried to talk to a hard to understand lady who kept cutting in and out on the phone. I asked for a credit and was told I ordered it over 15 days ago.I asked to talk to someone else and was told they would say the same.Then phone went dead. I called back and had to start all over again with information. I was about half way and the phone went dead again.
