They say you have 3 days to cancel but they take the 39.95 before you get the dvd and have a chance to look at it. Then when you e-mail them they dont answer, when you call the 800 # you get a recording to hold, they put on some really irritating music and never come back on line. Now I find even with a stop payment they can come back 6 mo later as a different co. and take more money from your account and you have no way of stopping it till they do it. read full review »
