so i was put in contact with van rue . i was told that they were in charge of my college loans. They told me that i would just have to complete a 10 months program and i was told that then i would be able to get my income taxes back. what they fail to tell you is that even if you miss a month and then talk to them and get it straight. they will reset your time. Also make sure that you don't set up their automatic payment plan. when i did it and the payments were not coming out they will tell you that it is not your fault and that you have no proof that it was even set up. read full review »
